A Great Way to Prepare for the Showcase

We are offering a mini-camp before our annual showcase in Fort Myers. Players who sign up will receive four on ice training sessions, two game sessions, three off-ice training sessions, and one private CHS Recruiting Boot Camp seminar! This will allow plenty of time to get to the beach and relax a bit.

College Hockey Showcase and Goalie Summit – April 11-17, 2022:

College Hockey Showcases has teamed up with a local non-profit, Lee County Sports Housing, to offer discounted hotel accommodations for this event.
A team of local reservation specialists will share their knowledge of each property’s amenities; also the best beaches, attractions, shopping, and restaurants.
Reservation specialists are available Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM Eastern Time by calling 239-541-1800 (888-529-6588 toll free).

Discounted rates are only available by calling the above numbers or reserving DIRECTLY through the event’s housing website links.

Frequently Asked Questions

When Should I Arrive And Depart?
-We suggest arriving Wednesday (April 21) evening and schedule a late afternoon/evening departure/flights on Saturday (April 24).
-Practice sessions will be starting early morning Thursday and the final games will be wrapping up early-mid afternoon on Saturday.
Players and parents are responsible for their meals. Ample time is allotted between showcase activities to eat and rest. Area restaurants will also provide attendees and parents with discounts.
Ample time is provided for players to enjoy the Fort Myers/Naples area, including beaches, shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Beautiful Florida beaches are only 15 minutes from the arena.
For those flying in, we highly recommend a car rental. Your hotel may provide shuttle services to/from the airport, and some of our hotels have transport to/from the rink. If you do not rent a vehicle, you will need to make sure you talk to your hotel about their shuttle services.
  • All hockey equipment, including sticks. We will provide you with jerseys.
  • Athletic wear for pre-game warm-ups.
  • Toiletries for post-game shower.
  • Anything you would bring to wear and sight-see on the gulf coast of Florida!
We always try to keep things as simple as possible. So, if the camp is canceled for any reason you will receive a full refund—or, if you choose, a credit towards a future CHS event. If you cannot come to the camp due to a Covid-19 travel restriction, or any kind of related health issue, you will receive a full refund or a credit to a future CHS event as you wish. We only want to be paid for a service we provide. Period.

Preliminary Schedule

Day 1
Check-in and practices will begin at 8:00 a.m.
Games will begin mid-day and we will have a meet and greet social with the coaches on our staff around 8:30 p.m.
(all events at Hertz Arena)

Day 2
Games from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. with a break and optional event to get together at Estero Community Park at 1:15 p.m.

Day 3
Games 8:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
